How to Make Tender, Succulent Pork Loin

Here’s a great dinner idea! This easy recipe will give you a delicious, succulent, flavorful, tender pork loin every time. I am using about a 2 lb. pork loin and Aldi Steak Seasoning (although any favorite seasoning blend that includes salt will do). I also often make this with my homemade Montreal Steak Seasoning.

So simple! Just pat the pork loin dry and coat in about a tablespoon of olive oil and prick all over with a small, sharp knife. You don’t want big deep gashes. You just want little holes where the seasonings can penetrate the loin and it will help it cook faster. If you prefer, you can use a fork. Coat the loin generously with steak seasoning and then sear on all sides in a hot skillet before transferring to a 400º oven and cooking for about 15 to 20 minutes on one side before turning over to the other side. The pork loin is done when a meat thermometer registers 145º in the center of the loin.
