Apple Butter Recipe INGREDIENTS

  • 6 lbs of apples, cored and sliced (I used Fuji. The smaller the pieces you start with, the quicker they will cook!)
  • 2 cups white sugar (You can use all white sugar if you prefer, but I don’t think I would use all brown sugar.)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • ~ 1/8 tsp. allspice
